We are seeking experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR drivers who take pride in their work. This position offers competitive CPM pay, weekly direct deposit, and the chance to be part of something different. What We Offer: Up to $109,200/year based on miles driven $0.70 CPM — loaded AND empty miles paid at the same rate No split rates, no empty mile penalties Weekly direct deposit Layover pay — $125/day when held out of service Quarterly safety bonus — $500/quarter, up to $2,000/year with a clean record Paid Time Off — 10 days Year 1, 15 days Year 2+ (accrues monthly, rolls over) Rider policy — approved rider may accompany at no charge Pet policy — pets welcome in cab ($350 non-refundable fee) What You Can Earn: 2,300 mi/week ~$83,700/year 2,500 mi/week ~$91,000/year 2,800 mi/week ~$101,900/year 3,000 mi/week ~$109,200/year Key Responsibilities: Operate company trucks safely and efficiently under all DOT and FMCSA regulations Transport freight, equipment, or production gear on local, regional, and nationwide routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and event personnel Manage logbooks, trip sheets, bills of lading, and required documentation accurately Secure and handle loads properly to ensure safety and compliance Adapt to varying schedules including overnights, weekends, and extended tours Represent CP2 Logistics with professionalism at all venues, docks, and client locations Requirements: Valid CDL-A license and current medical card Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience Must be at least 21 years of age No DUI, DWI, or drug/alcohol-related violations in the last 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years Stable work history To Apply: Call 972-440-1178 or visit cp2logistics.com CP2 Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
