Position Snapshot A Route Driver/Sales Representative on the GA Red Bull Team is expected to know how to represent the Red Bull Brand with exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role you will: • Consistently focus on developing customer-related opportunities to improve company sales and profits. Use creativity to build new business and expand existing customer relationships. • Consistently meet and/or exceed customers’ expectations through building respectful and trusting relationships resulting in gaining firsthand knowledge which can be used for improvements in products and services to remain their preferred beverage distributor. • Management of an assigned territory or business to include inventory management, pricing, cleaning and organizing space, displays, and maintaining all account information • Drive quality through following policy and procedure and accomplishing tasks with a high attention to detail. Requirements and Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Route driving experience • Ability to work with technology/applications/iPad • Reliable automobile transportation • Maintain automobile driving privileges and insurability o Note: As part of the requirement for the job, all positions driving a personal vehicle for work must carry collision and comprehensive coverage at the following minimum coverages. Additionally, Champion Brands must be listed as an “Additional Interested Party” on the policy. Bodily Injury Liability Limit: $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident.
