Service Technician (Water Well Systems)

What You’ll Do • Support the Service Team Leader with daily field and operational tasks • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing water well systems under supervision • Help maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service truck for daily readiness • Engage with clients in a professional and respectful manner during service work • Follow task instructions carefully and communicate progress, issues, or obstacles clearly • Participate in hands-on training and continue developing troubleshooting and repair skills • Help ensure the team can respond quickly and efficiently to repair requests
Requirements • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn water well service work • Ability to use hand tools and work safely in field environments • Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from a team leader • Good communication skills and professional customer interaction • Ability to stay organized and help maintain equipment and truck readiness • Physically able to perform field labor, lift tools and materials, and work outdoors • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • 21+ required (company vehicle insurance requirements) Preferred (Not Required) • Previous experience in service, construction, mechanical, or repair work • Exposure to water well systems, pumps, piping, or controls • Experience maintaining tools, equipment, or work vehicles • OSHA or general safety training • Ability to document completed tasks and communicate jobsite issues clearly • Desire to grow into a higher-skill service technician role
